EXIT RE-ENTRY PERMIT (ERP)

The Exit Re-Entry Permit (ERP) is an immigration document facilitating the revocation of residence permits (KITAS/KITAP) for foreign citizens who have departed Indonesian territory and have not returned

Additionally, the ERP is applicable to foreigners meeting the following conditions:

Applying for a new visa type.
Conclusion of the foreigner's work permit at the company.
No longer residing in Indonesia.
Intention to apply for a new KITAS with a different sponsor.

It's essential to note that the ERP is applied under the condition that the foreigner has been outside Indonesia either before or after the expiration of the KITAS period.
